Designing

The first step is making the model:

I currently use TinkerCAD and Fusion 360 but hoping to only use Fusion 360 in the future

To make the models I use reference pictures and model by eye. I strive to make it accurate as possible, this taking time and so can take a while before I make a new design. Some of my work like the tank took 4+ months to design but others can be quicker such as my payload cart only taking a month

Printing

All my models are 3D printed using my two machines, flash forge finder and ender 3.

I use PLA to print my models, in that in mind, do not leave the models in direct sunlight or near a heater, PLA softens around 50 degree Celsius

Making

Once the parts are printed I start to piece it together, I use standard super glue and as well as filler to fill in any gaps and sand it down too to make it have a smoother finish.

Painting

Once pieced together, The model is coated in a layer of primer. After the actual model colour is painted on using an airbrush, then some details are painted by hand and its also weathered. Finally I coat the model in a varnish to seal the paint and to protect it further
